ROOF REPAIRS

STORM DAMAGE

Call outs during storm season, specialising in insurance roof repairs.

LEAK LOCATION

Callouts to locate roof leaks – small or major. These callouts incur a fee of $100 + GST, as leak detections are often quite time consuming.

Usually an internal inspection (ie inside roof cavity) as well as the obvious external inspection of the roof is required. Often these leaks can be fixed at the time of the call out, and the call out fee incorporated into any other costs.

RE GUTTER

Total re gutters, or sections of guttering that may need replacing.

WHIRLYBIRDS

Using Edmonds whirlybirds (in Zincalume and Colorbond) to supply and fit, or replace old ones.

REPLACING ROOF TILES

Be it 1 or 1000, new and secondhand, or painted to match if necessary.

REPOINTING

Repointing over existing bedding, where rebedding isn’t required. Clean surface is required to point over, often quick pressure clean of bedding necessary. Using Ridgebond by Rooftech the best product on the market. Ensuring weepholes are present.

REBED AND REPOINT

Remove ridgecaps and all old bedding and rebed with fresh cement to achieve a neat, straight, and solid surface to point over.Using Ridgebond. Ensuring weepholes are present.

ROOF RESTORATIONS

Cement Tiles

Pressure clean roof surface, replace cracked and broken tiles, Rebed & Repoint or Repoint only, Coat Using Nutech Paints Tileflex 2000 with Teflon.

Terracotta

Process as above, also using a an algicide to help with mould removal when cleaning, Also offer a clear glaze.

Iron and Metal

Pressure clean roof surface, replace sheets or sleeve sheets where required, rescrew when required. Coat using Nutech Paints Tileflex 2000.

Fibro

Clean roof surface using cleaning agents, NOT HIGH PRESSURE, to ensure no fibres are disturbed. Seal and tighten screws where required. Coat with Nutech Paints Tileflex 2000
